Get on Board
Industry Tours on the Bay
Now it's time to Get on
Board and see where it all happens. An
informative and enjoyable day on the incredible
Passamaquoddy Bay and Bay of Fundy. We'll
visit salmon cages at our world-famous aquaculture
sites, pull up alongside a working lobster boat and
let you talk to the fishermen on board. You
will also get a chance to visit a lobster processing
facility and an Atlantic Salmon processing plant.
Lunch is at the 'lobster shack' enroute, and you may
even get lucky and see a few whales on the way!
End the day at the Fairmont Algonquin's pristine
Katy's Cove with a Seafood Feast on the Beach.

An evening designed to
showcase the best of New Brunswick's bounty of the
sea, this Chef's Dinner will be a 5 course meal,
with each course prepared by one of St. Andrews'
renowned local chefs Chris Aerni of Rossmount Inn
and Jean François Fortin of the Fairmont Algonquin,
as well as Olympic Medal Multi-Award Winning Alex
Haun from the restaurant Savour in St. Andrews,
providing your dessert course. Two additional
surprise chefs are to be announced in the coming
weeks. The evening
will begin with a reception on the front lawn of the
Fairmont Algonquin and then move in to the
Shaughnessy Room. As each course is presented,
the chefs will explain what products were used and
how they were prepared.

Beach
Katy's Cove
The Signature Event of the St. Andrews Seafood
Festival.
Lobster, Salmon, Scallops, Mussels and More…Local
producers and fishermen have paired up with Chef
Jean-François
Fortin to prepare the biggest seafood buffet on the
east coast. Enjoy the beautiful view from
Katy's Cove and breathe in the Maritime air as the
culinary team from the Fairmont Algonquin boil,
grill, roast, and fry up the best of the region
while local music legends Home Made Bread play your
favorite Maritime tunes. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are only $45, seating is
